Cherry Tree Farm
I was trying to find a pretty farm which had a creek, fruit trees and everything set up and ready to go, and while I found two on MTS they came with cc. After installing lot only I had two lots with blue flashing terrain. :( I didn’t really want to install a heap more terrain so I decided to make my own farm. This version is cc free and decorated mostly from Seasons and M&G. I cleaned out all recolours of the mail box, bin, global hacks etc in CI first.
And no there are no cherry trees, but if Maxis/EA had included them I am sure they would have looked the same as the others anyway. :P
The farm costs about $123,000. I say about as I forgot to take all the pictures before moving my couple in and taking most of the furnishings and some of the fruit trees out. I like mine to have to work for their shiny's.
4 by 4 lot built with all EP's. Includes a fully furnished and decorated two bedroom, two bathroom house; garage, barn, creek, fruit trees and garden area.
Upstairs: Nursery could become a sewing room. The piano is downstairs.
The second bathroom is 'outside' or rather the sims need to go out on the deck to access it as many farms houses over here do

View from the back deck. Lot includes EA's solar panels and wind mills. Solar panels reduce bills, but I’m not sure on the windmills.
Garden and animal area.
The barn itself is fairly small, but then sim animals don’t require huge paddocks either. Farm animals can be found on MTS, insim and the booty. I am using a set from a closed site off the booty.
These are the best I've found so far. They eat from the food trough, breed and sleep and can be sold for money.
Some of the other animated ones are glitchy.
Driveway and garage area.
I added a bee hives area down the side of the garage. I think these came off Plumbbob Keep. Sims can take honey to eat or sell.
