A nice looking Maxis house with a really stupid layout. The house is way too small for three fireplaces, the stairwell is a congestion spot and the bedrooms are far too tiny. Also why is there timber flooring on the ground out the back with railings? Also there is only one tile width in front of the upstairs balcony door. Not very practical. We decided this would be the perfect house for the Sim 2 Maxis house makeover contest. The main rules being do not take down any external walls, do not demolish or add too any foundation and do not change the shape of the roof.
