Crazy!

She may look nothing more than your typical bag lady, but take another look at her head:
That is a bird. In fact, I believe it is a pigeon. It looks like a young one because when she would take off on her scooter it would flap its wings around trying to keep its balance and it looked like its feather hadn't all come in yet. I don't know if it was just gripping on to dear life staying on or if she had tied its feet down.
It was crazy. I wanted to get a closer picture but she wheeled away
