wow pplant is so much faster during the summer when responding to work requests. so for those of you who dont know when i got here monday this place was disgusting. dead ants all over the kitchen floor and not just a few i mean hundreds, possibly thousands. so i cleaned up whati could, thne a wise person suggested i find out if they had fumegated and if it was safe to live her so i called res life and they put in a work request to come clean under the fridge and stove (stupid me i should have asked for them to clean under the dishwasher too, sorry roomies).
also there is this patch of mold in the corner of my room (bethany, by where you had your head) whos highest point is like a foot from the floor so that was another complaint and they kind of cleaned it up yesterday but today the dry wall dude came by (yes before 9 am) and was like yeah my people can come by in an hour and cut that out then patch it back up... i know thats just a quick fix and whatever is causing the mold to grow wont be fixed, but if im lucky the mold wont grow back before the year is over.
Also since he was here i showed him the spot by the patio door by the tv... his response oh it looks like a mouse chewed on it... NOT what i wanted to hear... then he touched it and i told him how water leaks in when it rains and stuff and hes like well thats prolly why but it still looks like a mouse. well theyre going to "quick fix" that spot too in like 50 mins. now if only they would respond to the beeping smoke detector... though i know thats not potentially hazardous to my health or law suitable.
