Get Ready to Save Your Fave
I'm talking about the TV Upfronts,when the networks announce their new fall schedules and we find out which shows will--or (gulp) won't--make it another season.
This year, the wait is especially nerve-racking, because some quality shows are in danger of cancellation. (Not to mention we've already lost some beloved greats, like Arrested Development, Alias, Reunion, The West Wing, Will & Grace, etc.--and there is only so much we can endure before we take a sledgehammer to our tellies.)
And so I present...our fifth annual SOS: Save One Show campaign, in which you, the die-hard TV fans, weigh in on the one TV series you want to rescue from cancellation. The process is easy. Simply look over the list of endangered series below (these are all the series that have not yet been picked up for another season), and decide on the one series you cannot live without. Then e-mail me with the name of your chosen show as the subject line.
Sorry, but only one vote will be tallied for each person, so please don't send more than one email. It's also important that the subject line of your email is only the name of the show, or else it won't count.
ENDANGERED SERIES
Likely to Be Saved: George Lopez, Gilmore Girls, The New Adventures of Old Christine, The O.C., Reba, Scrubs, Smallville, Veronica Mars and The Unit.
On the Fence: According to Jim, Close to Home, Commander in Chief, Conviction, E-Ring, Everwood, The Evidence, Freddie, Girlfriends, Hope & Faith, In Justice, Invasion, Out of Practice, Sons & Daughters, Supernatural, Teachers, The War at Home and What About Brian.
Likely Doomed: All of Us, The Bedford Diaries, Courting Alex, Cuts, Eve, Free Ride, Half & Half, Joey, Less Than Perfect, Living with Fran, The Loop, Love, Inc., Modern Men, One on One, One Tree Hill, Pepper Dennis, Related, Rodney, Surface and Twins.

I know there's a few people on my flist who watch One Tree, and I LOVE Everwood and I might die if either one of them gets cancelled, so I thought I'd post this. SOS has a pretty good track record, it's how Angel got saved back in the day :)
