Ingredients

Macaroni

onions

green pepper

Ham

cheese

Cream of Mushroom soup

Cream of Chicken (or any two Cream of's - these are what I usually use)

Milk

Butter

Prep-work:

Put a large pot of water on to boil, med-hi to hi for macaroni

Dice onions, green pepper and ham.

Grate cheese

Combine cream soups with one can of milk, mix well

Cook macaroni according to instructions, when macaroni is al dente drain.

Melt butter in pot you just poured macaroni out of. Add in onion, green pepper and ham. Saute.

Pour macaroni back over onion/pepper/ham and mix well.

Pour half of macaroni mixture into a pan, pour half of the soup mixture evenly over the macaroni, sprinkle half the grated cheese. Repeat layers ending w/ cheese on top. Bake at 375 for about half-hour to 45 minutes, or until sauce is bubbly and cheese is browing.
