Notes and apologies.

Sorry for all the posts.  My daughter has been asking for recipes and I won't have to keep retyping them if I post them in one central location.  These requests are home-cooking for my family.

You may notice a "serve over rice" theme.  We eat rice with EVERYTHING.

My general seasoning for most things are Season Salt, Mrs. Dash Original, and ground black pepper.  But, there are some things I don't season w/ my general trio.  For example, like when preparing meat for a soup(Chicken), stew (beef) or sauce (Sweet n Sour).  I think that for dishes like these we want to draw out the natural flavor of the meat.

This is hardly to a scientific measure, I just try to quantify what I do when I'm in the kitchen.  I know I've emailed other recipes that I will post here too, because, well...like I said, it's good to have them in a central location.

If my digital camera ever releases it's choke hold on me, I may learn to master it and eventually post pictures with each recipe as well.
