Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1 deli prepared turkey breast or whole chicken, boned and cubed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom (or celery) soup
1 can milk
2-3 large bunches of broccoli, broken into bite sized pieces and rinsed
1-1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
Blanch broccoli for about 2 minutes in almost boiling water, drain and pour into 9x13 baking dish. Layer cubed turkey or chicken over that. Pour cream soups into large bowl, mix in can of milk. Pour soup mixture over turkey/chicken and broccoli evenly. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes to an hour, until sauce is bubbly. Serve over steamed rice.
