But those of you who're interested in the full DBSK section there's sadly no full fancam of it but there is a full audio recording which I doubt you guys will be able to make out what they're saying anyway cos the fans are too excited hahah but here is the link for it.
And just because I'm nice, I translated the whole part. :D (I swear I've posted this here before, no?)

Leeteuk: Asia's top stars, Dong Bang Shin Ki!!
(ELF: *screams*)
Leeteuk: Everyone, aren't they cool?! While saying that they had to be here at our fan-meeting no matter what regardless of the busy schedules they had, these guys from Dong Bang Shin Ki.. came here voluntarily. Aren't they cool~?
Leeteuk: So Dong Bang Shin Ki, please greet everyone~
DBSK : 1, 2, 3. Annyeong hase yo, Dong Bang Shin Ki imnida.
Leeteuk: So cool~ Right, starting from Yunho-sshi.
Yunho: Hello, I'm DBSK' U-know Yunho.
Changmin : Hello, I'm DBSK's Choikang Changmin.
Jaejoong: Hello, I'm Hero Jaejoong.
Yoochun: Yeah hello, I'm Micky Yoochun, nice to meet you.
Junsu: Hello, Xiah Junsu imnidaaa…..
Leeteuk: Thank you so much for coming amidst your business, and also since the theme is "Friends", please tell us what "Friends" mean to you (DBSK)! Starting from Yunho-sshi.. Please sit down, sit down and talk!
Yunho: Me? Ah… To Dong Bang Shin Ki, "Friends" are Super Junior. … like our very own family.
Leeteuk: And next, Choikang Changmin-sshi!
Changmin: Um… This may sound cheesy, but.. Friends are another kind of family.

Leeteuk: Next, Micky Yoochun-sshi, what is a friend to you?
Yoochun: Friend… um… (thinks)
(ELF: *screams*) This is the part where Junsu leans and whispers something to Yoochun so I guess that's why ELFs were screaming so hard ahah.
Yoochun: A friend is… Yesung-sshi!!
(ELF: *screams*)
Yoochun: Junsu told me to say that..
Leeteuk: Oh.. How about you then, not what Junsu said, what is a friend to you?
Yoochun: My friends in SM are all brought about by Lee Soo Man seonsaeng-nim, right?
(ELFs laugh)
Leeteuk: Say something to Lee Soo Man seonsaeng-nim!
Yoochun: Seonsaeng-nim although I just saw you yesterday, I love you very much, yes…
Leeteuk: Lastly, TO XIAH JUNSU, WHAT IS A FRIEND?
(T/N: It's funny how Leeteuk's voice goes so loud for Junsu's as compared to the others before. And it's even funnier how when Junsu was answering he still pretended to think! The fact that he told Yoochun to say Yesung (like, a specific person from Super Junior) means that it obviously already occurred to Junsu what his answer would be, right? HEHE.)

Junsu: Uh… To me, a friend is…
(ELFs start screaming something at him)
Junsu: What?
ELFs: LEE HYUK JAE. LEE HYUK JAE. LEE HYUK JAE.
Junsu laughs when he figures out what they're chanting: eukyangkyangkyang
Junsu: Yeah to me, a friend means Eunhyuk. ^^
Leeteuk: Because our Eunhyuk and Junsu have been friends since elementary school, they're really the very best of friends right? The kind of friends that can't survive without each other -- But then I heard that the two of them used to bully all the other students at school. Is this true, Junsu-ssi?
Junsu: Eh? You heard that we got bullied? (clarifying) Oh, right, yeah that's true. We didn't get bullied - The two of us bullied all the other students at school. But somewhat, it was mostly Hyukjae doing the bullying by himself.
Junsu: I was always holding his hand and leading him so that Hyukjae could one day become a better person (turn over a new leaf)…!!
Hyukjae: (stands up suddenly and speaks to Junsu directly for the first time) Excuse you, say such things in front of Cassiopeia! They're all ELFs here, ELFs!
DBSJ + ELFs: (laughs)
Junsu: Okay, fine, I had no friends, but because of Eunhyuk-goon, I… The fact that I am able to be where I am today is really thanks to Eunhyuk-goon.
(T/N: ~goon is a very formal way of addressing someone, which Junsu always always uses on Hyukjae for some reason, I've never heard DBSJ referring to each other like that, ever haha. It's probably some inside joke.)
Kangin: The two of you..!
Leeteuk: The two of you should hug each other now! Warmly, warmly just once!
Hyukjae: (grins and tries to get out of it)
Donghae: Hug!
Kangin: Hug
Siwon: (pulls Hyukjae up from his seat and gives him a strong push towards Junsu)
Donghae: (whines) Just huggg!
(Junsu stands up immediately, ready to hug him AND OMG THE HUG IS JUST EPIC AND CUTE AND DAWW Hyukjae looks so embarrassed he was hiding his face in Junsu's shoulder and then runs away quickly still grinning like an idiot)
ELF: *screams*
Kangin: KISS! KISS! (Bobo hae! Bobo hae!)
Kangin + Leeteuk + ELFs + Yoochun + Donghae + Heechul + Ryeowook + Changmin: KISS! KISS! KISS! KISS! KISS!
Hyukjae: Originally (about to say something else) -- I don't want to (kiss)!
Leeteuk: When we were trainees, Junsu-ssi used to always tell me how amongst his friends there was this one person who danced really well and rapped really well and that he would introduce him to me one day..
(Kangin: But till the end he never once said that that friend was 'good-looking'!)
Leeteuk: One day when he brought that friend over, and he really looked exactly like H.O.T's Jang Woohyuk-ssi!
So when I saw Eunhyuk-ssi at that time, I said this to him, "Where have you been this whole time?"
Junsu: Yeah but… at that time, the Eunhyuk-goon at that time really resembled Jang Woohyuk sunbae-nim a lot! Even though he's nowhere like that now… (T/N: Implying he's not cool at all unlike Jang Woohyuk)
ELFs: (laughs)
Junsu: … He really did use to! But now, he's sorta… How should I put this…?
ELFs: Anchovy! Anchovy!!
Junsu: Hmm? (repeating after them) Anchovy?
Donghae: Monkey?
Junsu: Eukyangkyangkyangkyang but then originally, originally!! Hyukjae was really good at sports, and in school his nickname was 'Horse' even..
But these days it seems like the person with the 'Horse' image is Siwon? So when I said this to Eunhyuk… "You're good at sports too… You were called 'horse' in the whole school too, how the hell did you get your nickname snatched away like that?"
He said, "Yah, did you see his body?! Am I mad?"

Kangin: To be honest, really… Although the 5 of them from DBSK are really (same generation) comrades who were really close to us and spent lots of time together, but they're sunbae-nims who debuted into the music scene earlier than us right?
From before the time Super Junior debuted right up till the day of our debut, even up till now they've gone ahead of us and are doing activities overseas, they're always showering us with so much good words.
So really everyone (ELFs), from now on when DBSK releases an album, ELFs should show them lots of love too together with us, and similarly when Super Junior releases an album, Cassiopeia will also show us love… right?
Leeteuk: Why~? Because we are SM!!
Hyukjae (?): Oh and lastly, these guys from DBSK yesterday… got first place on Music Bank!
Leeteuk: Everyone, you know you can support them by buying the albums, downloading their ringtones and putting their songs on your Cyworld BGM right?
(T/N: LOL SJ is really.. /cries. They don't just ask ELFs to buy albums, he even listed all the ways they can help DBSK become #1..)
(Boys start joking around about brand names and stuff, Nike Adidas etc.)
Leeteuk: Now, because these DBSK guys actually have other schedules to go for (they voluntarily asked their manager if they could make time to crash the party), let's ask Yunho-ssi to briefly talk about their future activity plans.
(T/N: I told you they're promoting for DBSK, but it feels like Teuk momentarily forgot that he's not on a variety program or Sukira, he's supposed to be celebrating SJ's anniversary party! Hahah)
Yunho: Firstly, today it's Super Junior's 3rd anniversary, we're really … Can you hear me~? (fans screaming)
(T/N: It's cute how Yunho was asked about DBSK's future activities but he ends up talking about Super Junior instead.)
Kangin: Everyone, Yunho has this habit of taking off his clothes if people don't listen to him when he's talking, so… please keep quiet.
Yunho: Anyway… Today is Super Junior's 3rd anniversary so we really really want to congratulate them… Always like this, the reason that DBSK is always able to bring good news like this ---
ELFs: (about Yunho's clothes) TAKE IT OFF. TAKE IT OFF. TAKE IT OFF. TAKE IT OFF~
(ELFs chanting is too loud, Yunho can't continue. Members of DBSJ are laughing so hard and high-fiving each other, dawww)
Kangin: Wait a minute! Do you want it? Then… Next week we'll show you together! (In an earlier segment of the party Kangin had told ELFs that he would show his muscles next week)
Yunho: Oh.. really, on a personal level we're all really really close. Although we're also of a sunbae-hoobae relationship from the same company, really because these guys from Super Junior have treated us so well all this time, now that our new album Mirotic has come out, even participating in our album (Kyuhyun and Ryeowook)…
Even in the future, I wish DBSK and Super Junior can always be together.
(T/N: He also means he wishes that they can collaborate on songs I think!)

Leeteuk: Your follow-up song Wrong Number's music video hasn't come out yet, right?
Yunho: Yeh, we've filmed the music video already but it's not ready to be released yet.
Junsu: By the way, I had to say this. Because we see only red lightsticks all day everyday, it's really different for us but I have to say this sea of blue lightsticks is really beautiful too!
Yunho: Next time, next time, when we meet these blue lightsticks should form a pattern (the Korean flag) together with our Cassiopeia.
Leeteuk: Seconded! Everyone, you'll show DBSK's follow up song a lot of support, right!?

(T/N: From how much Junsu and Yunho spoke I feel like it was probably these two who forcibly suggested and dragged the other 3 along to the party. Though I'm sure Jaejoong and Changmin would've wanted to come too. (: )
