128 Scout - Day 45: Itchy Vacation, Day 1
Today is the first of my scheduled vacation days and I'd really prefer to be spending it some other way, but on the bright side the swelling from the poison ivy has gone down considerably from last night and the rashes seem to be drying out and weeping less. I got the prescription for the lotion filled today and have been doing my best to keep my skin cool and avoid getting hot/sweaty, but that's easier said than done in TX in the summer. Overall though, the rash seems to be improving.
In better news, my bedroom furniture is scheduled to be delivered some time between 1pm and 3pm tomorrow. Also, my new "smart" thermostat arrived in the mail today as well. Hooray!
