This is my favorite recipe for Shepherd's Pie.
It's my favorite meal, but only homemade versions will do. Every restaurant variety I've had was soggy and the flavors didn't mesh well.
Albondigas are also a favorite.
One thing that I find is unfortunate when I am cooking both these dishes is that they take around an hour to make, and by the time I'm done with them, I'm not so hungry anymore. I think inhaling all the ingredients does something to my brain.
I know what I'm cooking tomorrow.
