AAARRRGGGHHH!! I HATE it when Jason trades in games that are mine, or so he told me when he got them, and then says that they were his! Dammit that makes me mad. Today I was gonna go play some Sonic, but was Sonic there? NO! Because Jason traded it in without asking me, AGAIN! flaskdfj;kasdj;adsja;sldkfjf1!!!!
Yeah, so, uh... anyway, moving on. I could possibly be getting a promotion at work! Yes, already! Here's the deal: in each area of the store at Staples, there is one person sort of in charge. They're not a manager, but they are the head of that department. These people are called "leads". Well, apparently the copy center lead, which is where I work, wants to transfer to a store that's being built right now, and is almost done. She's been wanting to transfer for awhile, but until now, there hasn't been anyone in the copy center who knew what the hell they were doing. Well, now there is... ME! She said so! Everytime I've worked with her she's told me how great I am and how it's so nice to have someone who knows what they're doing. So, she was the one who told me about her possible transfer. Now that I'm there, she has a much better chance of getting that transfer. And where would that leave me, you ask? COPY CENTER LEAD!! And what does that mean? That would mean that I would be full-time, 8:30-4, M-F, with benefits!!! So I'm really hoping she'll get that transfer! As an example of just how excited I am about this, yesterday I was at work making copies for a guy who offered me a $15/hr job working for Microsoft! I turned him down! (But I did tell him Jason could really use that kind of job). So, if I don't get this promotion, Microsoft will be hearing from me.
On another note completely, I'm hatching sea-monkeys! YAY! I'm also growing clovers in the hopes of one of them having 4 leaves, and I'm reading Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance.
