Episode: "Spring Break"
As we left off from our last episode our hero enjoyed a fine dish with his superior father and headed off to a night of FFXI and sleeping. Then he awakened...
Saturday March, 5th:
- Woke up and played FFXI some more...yay I love spring break.
- Was contacted by Ford to help set up with the party early, however, my Mom wanted to hang out with me today and we ended up going to a ton of places and she bought me stuff!!! :) I love shopping, especially for me. Went to Primo's for lunch then to Models and Michaels.
- I got a small little stuffed puppy, I named him "Chic Magnet", he is Irish, seriously he has clovers/shamrocks around his neck.
- Came back home and prepared for the hotel poker party.
- Off to the party early, to make the "Juice", they bought two 750ml bottles of Everclear and A LOT of juice, so much that I accidentally put 3.75L more juice than my recipe required. Which if you know how much juice that is (1 Gallon technically), it is enough to kill a lot of the concentration and requiring a lot of cups to feel any thing, my bad. Oh well, still ended up a great time of losing in 5 hands and spanking with some one else's money, sweet irony. Great times was had indeed, definitely one of the highlights of spring break.
- Passed out at the hotel.
Sunday:
- Again, good times, bad hangover. Got another hotel breakfast, not even close to as good as Embassy Suites, however, FREE!!!, so no complaints.
- Recovery time..../Played FFXI
- Got a hold of Goof that night and went on to his place for beer, games, and chillin...no beer for me though, still recovering.
- Did pretty good in pool only lost 1 game out of about 5.
- Went home, slept.
Monday:
- A great day indeed, it was Mr. Dreyfuss's Birthday and good times were to be made and had. I got him a bottle of the good stuff,hehehe and called him up. He was sitting around chillin, so I decided to shower up and head out to wish him a happy birthday in person.
- We hung out all day, talking, going back to my place for pool and gaming, and the best part of the night hanging with his friends and meeting some of the hot girls that go to JMU of course, especially one in particular. Great time indeed eating pizza, chips, and a duck cake (literally, it was a cake that was shaped like a duck, it was suppose to represent the pet duck he had during their high school days), it was awesome. Another highlight of the break.
Tuesday:
- Dreea Day!!! and it was snowing, delaying the inevitable yard work.
- I picked up Dreea and we went around town, first to Starbucks (I got some Izzie, sooo goood), then to Block Buster where I could not rent anything apparently, so off to Hollywood video, eat that!!!
- Had to go to the post office because my Dad agreed to pay for the movies if we dropped off the package, done deal.
- Rented Napoleon Dynamite Finally!!!, and I <3 Hucklebees. Spent most of the day watching the movies, Napolean Dynamite Rocked, not only the quotes but the music was awesome. Hucklebees was alright, to philosophical, can you believe it?!?, but yeah it was confusing as nothing else.
- That night Ford, Aaron, Britt, and I went to Sphinx's, it was good times around the hookah and great beef kabobs. They finished off most of the Jungle juice, afterwords we went to Goofs for poker and pool. It was a great night, heck a great day.
- I had to get up pretty early to catch breakfast with Aaron at a super early 8am and to get Will.
Wednesday:
- Aaron did not call me :( So I woke up early...and played FFXI because I could not fall back asleep.
- You guessed it, Will Day!!!
- Left closer to 12pm due to some unexpected chores that I had to do to pick up Will.
- Went there and got to see his room and house some more it was interesting. Called up Mr. Hester and headed back safe and sound, no unexpected trips to MD. 495 is the Devil.
- Will and I watch martial art films from www.bilang.com and played pool while waiting for Mr. Hester to arrive. Lots of comedic times can be spent on my PC, it is a very entertaining thing. Will played with my Katana, yes I too have a Katana.
- Finally, Mr. Hester arrived and we went to drag out the Dreamcast for some classic awesomeness. After figuring out that I replaced the white audio cable with the video cable and it stopped making noises we proceeded with some good ole Marvel vs. Capcom. From there we decided to go to Capcom vs SNK 2 after our thumbs were dead from the crappily designed Dreamcast controllers. After, being spanked my Will far too many times Mr. Hester had to leave.
- Will and I watch a bit of Riddic until we were summoned for dinner at SBC's.
- The food at SBC's is sex, money, power delicious. It was some of the best food I have had in a long time. My parents and I enjoyed a fun filled conversation with Will and we proceeded, stuffed, back home where I took Will home.
- Made it back safe again, and watch the rest of the movie before going right to bed.
Thursday:
- Bad luckish day, definitely in the negatives. But good towards the evening.
- Woke up pretty late and showered up before finally going to the Embassy Suites to get my MP3 charger, which they did not have :(. Sad times.
- Canceled my plans with Ford to workout, which pissed him off big time, because I made my time available for Lisa and did the bad thing of putting women a head of best friends who asked first.
- Called lisa to confirm plans around 2pm as planned last night.
- Went home and spent two and a half hours building a cabinet for my Mom while waiting for Lisa, yeah, I should have worked out with Ford, too late now.
- Finally, Lisa arrived as soon as I got back with my Dad, we went to the cleaners and he bought me Subway, yay.
- Had to unfortunately eat in front of Lisa, but was starving by the time she finally arrived. I was not sweating having to wait for her because it is better than a no show, but felt worse for letting my best friend down, and choosing a girl over him, especially since he asked first and the irony of having time for both.
- Played pool and watch PC videos for the small amount of time she could stay, because she had to go home for dinner.
- Yeah this day suxed for the most part. That is what I get for having a great day Tuesday, with pain come pleasure.
Friday:
- My Dad woke me up because of the cleaning people were coming and treated me out to Matsutake after he took care of some business with some associates.
- Matsutake Rocks My Socks, oooohhh all you can eat Sushi for $11, can't beat it.
- A stuffed and satisfied me also got his butt chewed out by his best friend for what I did the day before, not so good.
- Hung out with Dreea for a while, we had some ice cream at 31 flavors, they are the only place that has my favourite flavor in the whole wide world, Daiquiri Ice, and I got to try Margarita Ice too, they were both yummy on a Waffle cone, I did the gentlemanly thing and treated her out, so my tab. I am too good to girls, I need to stop.
- We walked around the grocery store eating ice cream, it was crazy, I felt so weird for a bit, then she easily distracted me from my self monitoring self and I enjoyed the time we spent there learning all the things we like and dislike to eat. For a great date, pick the grocery store, it is filled with conversation pieces. Not to mention you can eat ice cream while in the ice cream aisle like free publicity.
- Had to take her home not long after we got back and played FFXI as soon as I got back.
- It was great, until there was no one to hang out alllll night, what the duce.
- So I pretty much snuck back on to FFXI, because I had already said goodbye to everyone, and was bound and determined to become a dark knight, I screwed up somewhere and it did not happen, at 4am I had to sleep.
Saturday:
- Did some research and found out where I screwed up and my Mom asked to hang out with me during the day after my.........OH NO!!! Yard work, yes, it was indeed inevitable.
- Hacked down some bushes with an electric saw it was strangely fun in a laborious kind of way. Racked up some branches, finished my work hour and a half flat. That was it for my yard work for Spring Break, np. Best part is I made $50. Wow, can't beat it.
- Hung out with my Mommy!!! Foooood!!! Went to Ruby Tuesdays again, got the Smoke House again. Diminishing Marginal Utility is not good. Yet, the waitress was hot and eying me like golden candy, it was awesome.
- Ran some errands at Target and whatnot.
- It was not only Rebekah's birthday, but Emma's and Will's!!! So I gave them a call, however, I could not get a hold of Rebekah. This is bad because she is one of the only people on this planet where I can wake up on her birthday and just remember it is her birthday, I cannot even do that for my own family. It freaks me out every year.
- Ford and I stopped off at my place to get Bekah's present and some "beverages" for the night before going to pick up Britt and Dreea.
- After picking up the girls we headed to Bekah's place where I got to wish her a "Happy Birthday" in person and give her present to her. After a bit of conversation we were ordered by the girls to pick up Merge and get Taco Bell. Believe me we were scurd, so we did what they said. I picked up Margaret and the MASSIVE complex order of Taco Bell that could feed an army or 3 small framed girls. It was so bad that we ended up with almost an entire free meal. Soo in a sense it was good. For the girls that is.
- Back to Bekah's for drinking and chillin, it was awesome. I stayed mostly sober because I was driving, but still had a great night overall.
- Took everyone home and went back to Margaret's house to see a "movie". Great night.
Sunday:
- Pack'em up, Move'em Out. I made a new music mix on a blank CD that I found in the back of my closet and packed up the car with enough alcohol to throw two fencer parties.
- Went to pick up Dreea for the ride back to school
- The ride back was just as good as ever, I love the in depth conversations and enjoyable times we have together, always worthwhile.
- Back at school I unpacked the massive alcoholness
- Ate some food, did some laundry, and played FFXI allll night and got DARK KNIGHT!!!
- Yes, as a DRK you run around with a 7ft blade hacking away and casting black magic at small rabbits, ooohh soo much fun.
- I eventually fell asleep after cycling my laundry at 2am, sorry roomies!!!
