Hi, um. I have a problem. I really really hope someone out there can help me, as it's a computer problem.
When my computer had to be fixed sometime last year, however the man did it, he ended up pretty much wiping my entire computer but left my pictures and my Word documents on here.
My pictures are fine, but I had some password protected Word files that I cannot open now. I still know the password but when I click on them it says something about "cannot be converted". I've tried opening the files using other programs, but that won't work.
I would really really like to be able to open these files, so anyone who can maybe tell me how I would be very appreciative.
