what would've happened in a comic / sitcom / movie:
I was in the periodicals section of the library when a mosquito started getting dangerously close. My first instinct was to smack it with scrap paper (normally newspaper) but FFFF of all places, why do I have to be in the section where the newspapers need to be pristine!? Luckily, the mosquito started bouncing down the wall so I stomped on the mosquito... leaving mosquito guts and a giant skid mark on the wall. Nobody saw me do it so I (slowly) fled the scene of the crime.
what actually happened:
Everything except staining the wall.
