First I was thinking Tegoshi but at as I read through, I'm seeing a different person, and I'd have to say, Ryo

I was actually thinking something between Koyama and Tegoshi, but looking at it further, perhaps Ryo fits. I think the 'mature but childish, and needing to touch and play with things' made me think of Ryo more than anything else;)
