I was kind of hoping that I could take out loans to cover my rent for the next couple of semesters. It appears that the university is disagreeing with my notion. Once again, I am on hold with Not Helping U.

OH. Apparently there are limits to the amounts that you can borrow and "getting extra money to pay for booze fueled weekends" is not a valid reason to argue for more.
