Updating again
I finally know what I want to do with my life once I get out of school. In my music industry class we've had 2 guest speakers come in and talk about the music industry from an artist point of view as well as an artist managers point of view. And the truth is there are a lot of opportunities out there and I found one that I could be a part of. I've been searching for what I want to do for my internship for my industry major, however, the weird part is it has nothing to do with the music industry. I'm planning on interning at a major game developer in the area of digital sound recording or sound effects. I hope to eventually become a sound designer for a major video game company or eventually become a developer myself. I've done some searching on the internet and have found several internship positions, one of which is for a channel called G4 that I've been watching for over 3 years! So things are finally looking up, I have something that I'd like to be. Now lets see if I ever get out of here so I can start making connections in the right places. :)
