It's been a while......
I will admit it. I forgot about LJ. With FB and Twitter and Skype and email and texting... who has time? But there was a time when I LIVED for my LJ and my LJ-world friends. The AOL IMs, phone calls, and DRAMA! Oh how I miss it!
My life is boring, but not.
Super busy, but not.
It's been how long since I wrote? I don't even know!
At this point, I am now 31 years old. Been out of college for 9 years. Been out of high school for 13. And I was in HS when I first started this share-your-life-with-the-world thing. Crazy.
I've now been married for 5 years. My stepdaughter will officially be an adult soon (18 in October). And I have an almost-2 year old.
I have been out of work for over 4 years now, but finally started my own business this year. It's not going well yet, but I love what I do and I refuse to give up on it until it breaks me (or the bank!).
INSANE!
I think that because there isn't anyone left who reads this or even logs into LJ, this may become my safe place again. There is a lot that I need to keep safe. I have a wonderful husband who takes the brunt of my issues, but even he will reach a breaking point eventually.
So, perhaps I'll be back soon.......
