What a September it's been, with me barely touching down at home long enough to do some laundry before heading off again, off to Canada in between appearances at the Aftermath Blake's 7 convention and Games Day 2008... Busy is a pale word for the state I have been in, but it's always good to be working.
In the interim, a few bits of Jim-related news have come up; first, my Doctor Who audio drama Kingdom of Silver featuring the 7th Doctor and the Cybermen, and my Stargate Atlantis audio Zero Point starring David Nykl as Radek Zelenka are now out, available on CD and direct download over at Big Finish Productions.
In addition, Red Fury, my new Warhammer 40,000 novel featuring the Blood Angels, is out in stores and selling briskly; I got a lot of interest about the book at Games Day and I'm pleased to say that the follow-up Black Tide should be out next year...
And finally, B7 Media, the producers of Blake's 7: The Audio Adventures have announced a second release in the new Early Years prequel series; out in November, it's a double CD featuring two complete stories by myself and Ben Aaronovich. Ben's story Eye of the Machine centres on the character of Avon (played by Colin Salmon) and co-stars Keeley Hawes and Geoffrey Palmer, while my tale Point of No Return follows Travis (played by Craig Kelly), with Jake Maskall and Peter Guinness.
