Another mad-busy week, but I'm capping it with an apperance at the Alt.Fiction festival in Leicester this weekend (April 14th-15th).
I'm proud to be a guest of honour, joining author Ken MacLeod and a whole bunch of other folks in two days of panels, seminars and chats about science fiction, fantasy and horror writing. The event is taking place at the Phoenix Square venue from 11.00am to 8.00pm on Saturday and 11.00am to 2.00pm on Sunday.
I'm giving a GoH talk tomorrow about story in videogames from 7.00pm in Screen One; earlier in the day at 3.00pm I'll be on a panel about writing science fiction, along with fellow Black Library author Graham McNeill and a number of other writers.
