So, this weekend was major fun. Friday was Canada, Saturday I worked (okay, so that wasn't too much fun, but I did wake up next to my P.I.C. and get roses!), and Sunday I had off. Sunday I slept a lot, catching up on the whole month that I've been going non-stop. And then we met with our group for our psychology project. After that I went to visit my P.I.C. When I was up there my dad called me to see where I was. Since he was on his way from dirtbiking with his friends, he decided to stop and we could have dinner together there. So he gets there, and I notice that as he is walking in he is limping. Not a good sign, lol. So he keeps talking about how it hurts, and he thinks its broken, because he knows that if it were swollen really bad that it would be a sprain, and it wasn't. So I call my mom up and her and a neighbor come up so that he doesn't have to drive home. We take him to the emergency room, and he has torn ligaments in his left knee. His doctors appointment is tomorrow, and that's when we'll find out what is going on. So, since Sunday night I have been the one to pretty much be taking care of him.
It was funny in the E.R. because we kept cracking jokes. That's kind of demented if you think about it. Who goes to the E.R. and laughs, I mean, people die there... But that's our family... The nurse asked my dad about what time this happened, and my mom looks at her and goes, "a quarter past stupid!" Then the nurse runs my dads' bad leg into the corner when she is turning him around, and he looks at her and says "my wife paid you to do that huh?" There's more, but that's more family inside jokes, not that funny to everyone else out there...
School, wow, school. I have a midterm exam next week in one class, and I am behind in stats. Luckily it's only like one section though. I'll prolly get that done tonight, maybe tomorrow. It's not due til Monday, but I am behind on the schedule he gave us. I have lots of my sociology and criminal justice book to read, but I always fall asleep. It's like a sleeping pill for me, just add book... LOL! And it's not that these books are really that boring, I just start drifting off and thinking about other things, then my eyelids get heavy, and boom. I am asleep! LOL!
Well, that's about it for now, have other things to do, like my sociology...!!
