While I have many negative things to say about Sony, it appears they got their heads unstuck on the Sony ReaderIt's supposed to have better than newsprint contrast and it allows you to put documents in the following unsecured formats to it: BBeB Book, Adobe® PDF, TXT, RTF, Microsoft® Word (which is a huge change from their Japanese version).
