Apparently Sea Launch had a malfunction at launch time. A 930,000 lb of fuel malfunction. You should check out the video.
EDIT: I should note, they have (according to their website) 21 successful launches in the past. I'm generally a fan of the idea of a floating launch platform because the rocket won't land on anyone if things go wrong.
