I had a great time at Holly and My birthday party. I'm glad that a lot of y'all could make it. :)

Since I'm a bit fried, here's some stream of consciousness bullet points:

• The food Holly and I got was demolished. I think there are a couple of cupcakes left.
  
• I filled two trash bags, one with bottles and the other with cans.
  
• It's always surprising how many partially full drink receptacles are left after a party.
  
• Chocolate covered macadamia nuts are yummy.
  
• Company of Heroes is a sweet game. It's also the first game I haven't been able to turn all the settings to "11" on my computer. Thanks Marc!
  
• I got a copy of Nuclear Escalation (search for it on the page - their website sucks, but their games are fun) for myself. I always get myself a little something for my birthday/Christmas while I'm shopping for others.
  
• All we have left is BLS (Beer Like Substance). The beer was all drunk, despite many people bringing some to share. Neither Marc nor I will drink Coors Light.
  
• I had a carrot cake. Holly brought brownies and cupcakes.
  
• Zeke looks very different clean shaven with short hair. It took a minute to recognize him.
  
• I finished up my Christmas list and most of the shopping before work today. I need to stop at two stores to be really done.
  
• My apartment was clean. I made a big dent in the party mess yesterday before settling in my recliner to watch a football game. I use the word "watch" liberally, as I woke up in time to see the post-game show.
