Superheroes

I've been on a superhero kick for a while now, both with reading and video games. I'll probably post more at a later date about some of them, but I've been doing the following with my free time:

  1. Playing City of Heroes / Villains. This is the only MMO I've ever enjoyed because there's enough plot to keep me going through missions and it's designed for casual players. It minimizes down time and other such annoyances. I also play with a great group of friends, which always helps.
  2. Playing X-Men Legends and X-Men Legends II. If you like the X-Men, beating up villains, and smashing stuff, these are fun games. Just don't expect much beyond that. I got them on the X-Box because you can play 4 player co-op.
  3. Reading Wolverine Comics. I borrowed Jason's Essential Wolverine 1-3 and read them. That's issues 1-69 of the comic, IIRC.
  4. Reading the Supreme Powers comics. It's another interesting take on superheroes by JMS.
