The last time I had caffeine was saturday morning (in response to the only headache I've gotten from getting off of it this time). It takes about 3 days for me to stop being drowsy from the withdrawal, and I'm past that now

i totally hear you on the cravings bit. i used to need a cup of coffee every morning. now when i have some every once in a while (mostly decaf) it's just a treat, and i don't crave it.
i do, however, love the way it smells. it's hard when it's brewing in my office...
i hear that, i haven't had caffeine since about January. It's actually quite surprising these days how quickly I can wake up even if I haven't slept much.
Used to be I was still drowsy on the drive in, nowadays i'm pretty much ready to go about 20-30 minutes into my morning routine.
Cutting out refined sugar has also helped in that regard as well I think
