TGIF!!!!
So, I ticked a few more names off my Christmas list last night. Yays. Just have a couple of big ones left and some miscellaneous stoof. Not to mention Dad's gift. >.< Urk. Need to start that this weekend.
I haven't had any coffee today and, man, am I suffering for it. A cup of hot cocoa cannot compare to my usual two cups of coffee and the sugar difference doesn't balance out the lack of caffeine. I'll probably have something tonight, but in the meantime I'm soooooo sleepy. -.-
Upside of the morning: Got my car inspected, so I'm all road legal now. :) On the down side... We got about 5 inches of snow last night and the morning. UGH. I was so not ready for it. I don't think many people were.
Plans for tonight? Um... I was going to draft Magic tonight (because drafting Rav/Guild/Discension is too fun), but I seriously don't need to spend $11 on cards that I already have so many copies of, especially when there's no guarentee that I'll get any rares worthwhile out of it. I think I might just save the money and work on the wall instead.
Oh, don't know about "the wall"? Basically, Amy and I are painting a long line up of gaming/anime/comic book characters on one wall of the game store we frequent. I'm supposed to do the majority of the anime characters (Team7, Edward Elric, Shippou), she's doing the non-anime (Batman, Catwoman, Gambiut, Rogue, Ixidor, Akroma). There's some overlap on other characters, like her doing All and ed's mech parts, but that's basically it.
I don't know, I need to feel like I'm actually accomplishing something. The draft tourney would just be a waste of money, really, and I don't have much as it is. I'll spend the same money on cards I can use, if it comes to that. Or, I'll just save up for later. :)
