weird.
umass has erased my spire account and my umail. apparently any time before 6 months (after graduating) I could have opted to continue for another year through spire, but I didn't know that until they had erased my spire account.

also, the question on lj right now is 'have you ever hugged a stranger' and to that i must say yes. i totally slipped on some ice and rear-ended some lady like a week before christmas last year and she got out of her car and i got out of mine and she looks at her car and says "it doesn't look like anything happened, don't worry about it. merry christmas!" and i shamelessly accosted that woman. even now i love her just thinking about it.
