can i please tell you how much i hate my school? let me tell you why...
originally it would suck and i would have to stay until 10 on tuesday nights, but that wasn't so bad, i could still take all the classes necessary and only have my internship left next fall, then the schedule got changed so that i could only take 3. i thought gee that sucks, but whatever i still have next fall.
then i register for my 3 classes and realize i'm considered a half time student...A HALF TIME STUDENT!...nevermind that i'm paying for full time, b/c if you take more than 6 units you have to, but i really wouldn't mind except to stay on my health insurance i have to be a full time student and able to prove it every semester, so i have to take another class. i have searched and searched the class schedule for this coming semester, i'm only planning on going tuesdays and thursdays and really didn't want that to change and would also feel ridiculous coming on another day for one measly class. i think i have found 2 classes that are possibilities i.e. i don't have to be in that major or have some ridiculous requirement option a. some class on african americans and option b. a class on asian americans. i'm not gonna lie i'd rather take the class on asian americans just b/c i'm asian and i've taken other asian american classes and really enjoyed them. the only thing is the class goes from 8 am to 9:30 am both days, i don't mind getting up that early in fact i was planning on it except that i will also need 2 hrs a week of observation and i think they like it to be on the same day and my morning time was originally gonna be devoted to that. so i emailed the director of the sight i observe at who was also my teacher last semester and liked me and if she lets me observe an hour a day twice a week i can take the class i want to otherwise i have to take the class i don't really want to take.
sorry this is kinda rambly registration time is always a time when i get pissed at my school.
