work as usual
Last night was RISDs Artist Ball which meant everyone went out and got trashed. I didnt end up going to artist ball so I stayed here and got work done. Lame- its true- but I cant have alcohol because Im south Beaching it strict.. and i figure if Im not breaking my diet for these chocolate browny things they sell downstairs than I aint doin it for alcohol- ya know what Im sayin. So far the diet is working. Im about 13 pounds lighter and it feels good. My goal is to lose 20 lbs by christmas and maybe if Im lucky Ill lose 25.. probably not but its worth a shot.
I cant believe its already 4:30 on a saturday... I didnt get that much work done today and yet Ive been working for hours. This whole weekend is a working weekend. I have a huge month long project due this Thursday and this is the last weekend before its due. Next weekend I will be done with the project and only have an average amount of work to do... I look forward to that day. Also I was thinking that it would be a good weekend to go to Boston. But Im not sure about mid-terms for the Boston Crew. Also my next project is going to take place in Boston or something so my class has to go there during the week in two weeks... unfortunately I have class on Monday.. so if I went for the weekend I would have to come back for a class and then go back to Boston. We shall see.
I cant believe we are already halfway throught he semester... just six and a half more weeks... weird..and only one month until Thanksgiving! By the way.. I get home Tuesday night (still not sure how but I will find a way) and then the next morning I have a hair appointment at 9am and then we are leaving for Buffalo in the afternoon. I dont think I can go to the Powder Puff game. But that means the only time I have to hang out will be Tuesday night! Late at night- but I hope everyone is in then.. because thats the ONLY time!! And I MUST meet Patrick. I know its crazy but its all I can do! But I miss everyone SO much its criz-azy..
PS- the project due Thursday is based around Uncle Ugo- yes that would be Jennas dad.. its pretty funny. I needed to make a space for someone who collects clocks and for some reason I kept picturing Uncle Ugo- so when we had to write a description of our collector I made it Uncle Ugo. I think its pretty funny.
