I LOVE MY KITTY
it's funny.
today i went to the beach, with my family, my family's friends, and alien.
we had fun in the ocean. got sunburned, you know. the ususal beach stuff. and the jesus game, which is very fun.
all day long.
i had "i lift my eyes up, unto the mountains" stuck in my head.
i kept singing that line. over and over.
i finally looked up. unto the mountains of clouds.
i found, there, beauty. to the point where i felt blessed to behold it. Godly beauty.
i found myself singing the rest of the song.
"my help comes from you. maker of heaven. creator of the earth."
let's ponder that for a moment.
he helps us. he blesses us. and he made heaven and earth.
talk about unworthy. we ARE unworthy of His redeeming love. nonetheless, He loves us. no matter how stupid we are. no matter how shady we are. no matter how... anything we are. He loves us. and He wants to bless us. we. need. Him.
"O how i need you Lord, you are my only hope, you are my only prayer."
over the past month or so, i've found that this is absolute fact. He's been my only hope. His will's been my only prayer. again. I. need Him. it's as simple as that.
its kinda funny how we find, when we least expect it, just how blessed we are. personally, i am blessed with enough to fill all of the pages of a book. i'm sure you all are as well, whether you notice it or not. keep a weather eye out.
