This week, two things happened: 1: I cheated on the diet pretty badly. As in, an entire medium-sized pineapple/pepperoni deep-dish pizza from Domino's in two days badly.
2: I went back on the Wii Fit for more than just measurements. That's right, folks - I'm exercising again. In the past week, I only skipped Sunday, and one other day (Thursday? I forget) I only did about 15 minutes -- the other four or five days, I've done at least 30 minutes of yoga/strength training/cardio/balancing exercises per day. This of course builds muscle -- which in turn increases weight.
So the fact that I stayed exactly where I was last week is actually not bad at all, and I'm choosing to be optimistic about it. Hooray, plateau!
