Rabbit & Buckwheat pancakes (Toronto)
Rabbit & Buckwheat pancakes, originally uploaded by Jen Chan.
With blueberries, ricotta(?), rabbit chunks and pork/bacon type things.
The smell when it hit the table was incredible. Quite a nice dish, we couldn't finish it. I found the pancakes okay and the concept really good. But what I loved were what I assume are the toasty piggy/bacon curls on top. More of that please!
