Gnocchi and crab in an uni sauce (Seattle)

The vibrant yellow of the uni sauce was as pleasant to the eye as the taste was to my palate. My favourite dish of the night. Served with a white that was light and a great match to the gnocchi.
It was definitely worth a second visit to Elemental on foodpr0n.com
