Seattle trip '09: Bocadillos from Txori

On columbia city rolls. Cured chorizo and roasted garlic purée.
Was really full at this point, but hey, garlic purée!? I'm there. I thought this a rather tasty sammich. Small, so you couldn't actually have this for lunch, but a decent-sized snack indeed. Loved picking the pickled peppers off the toothpick (say that 5 times fast!).
