I have no good excuses for this, but....
Vampire Gamers will appreciate this.... I found Sasha Vykos in 1/3 scale resin form.
Actually he is the newest "Zodiac" doll from Soom's Monthly Doll offering: Heliot, the God Monster (?), representing Sagitarius, the Archer. Bow and arrow included. And yes, that is a clear unicorn horn coming out of his forehead....
But with the right outfit (black leather), eyes and face-up, he really COULD be Sascha Vykos... though that isn't really my intent. Vampires are not on my radar much anymore... been there, staked that through the heart, moved on.... mostly....
I argued with myself about it for almost a week, and then.... I ordered him.
I am not allowed to buy another doll until at least my birthday....
But lordy, is he gonna be fun to outfit (I didn't order the wings or outfit, be more fun to make them) and get painted (ordered without faceup).
And wait until you see the hooves....
First Limited Edition doll I've gotten. First non-JunkySpot doll. Though at least for the price he's almost two dolls in one, with two different heads and two sets of legs (one with hooves, one with regular feet), and two sets of hands. He stands about 26-27 inches high, so he's a big one too.
Meanwhile, the Snow Princess (Dollzone Celine) arrived right before Christmas and was MOST annoyed that I was too busy to create a unique and exquisite warddrobe suited for her rank in advance of her arrival. But she did like the new wig. As soon as Her Highness has her appropriate gown, she will consent to allow me to post a photo of her.... (Personally, I blame Her Highness for the purchase of Heliot, there is no other explanation for why my browser mysteriously kept going to that particular page every time I booted up... right?)
