Why do people think it is okay to say they will do something, then leave you waiting an hour before finally deciding not to do it? What do they think I was doing for that entire hour of my life? I was where I said I would be...waiting. When did it become such a rare trait for people to do what they say they will do?

man, yeah, i hate when people do that stuff. if they're not gonna do what they say they're gonna do, why don't they just say it in the first place and let me plan on something else?
