The Fixing Round
So luckily the house does not need a new roof. It needs a few little things done here and there, but the whole thing doesn't need to be replaced. Whew! A couple little plumbing things as well. Hopefully it all won't break the bank.
We are still working on a place to call home. The people buying our house are stuck in their rental lease until November, so there's a possibility we could rent back from them and not have to move, then if we didn't find anything we would then have to move in the fall. Decisions decisions.
