Our plane tix to Orlando were $54 one way and $99 the other.
I got a Best Western (My favorite cheap hotel chain because they have to meet certain standards. We wound up in one in Paris and even that one was decent for the price) for the 2nd part of the weekend for just $97 for 3 nights with tax. AND that hotel has a free shuttle to WDW.
I have a few more things to book but what a fun start!
