My Darling Hubby
Mike was going back and forth over whether to participate in his work Christmas bash ... he usually goes and hangs out but he doesn't play the "steal the present" game. I tried to convince him, came up with some stellar ideas (they actually do good presents, not the AWESOME things we have done at Max's!) but he was still wishy washy.
Yesterday when he got to work he (surprise!) found out the party was in just a few hours. I'm not sure how that was news to him, but he thought it was next week. Anywho...he decided to play the game and so went to the liquor store and bought a pretty wrapped bottle of wine to play. (Yes, that was one of my ideas. I was useful! Yay!)
The present he won? A giant bottle of Kahula! SCORE! AND ... it turns out he's ridiculously good at random Christmas trivia games, as well as guessing carols and other games. They played 4 games and he won all 4. Complete with prizes. Amazing. He came home with a Dunkin Donuts bag full of goodies. I should send him to parties more often!
