5 for Friday
Welcome to a new feature on the Jenny blog ... one I totally stole from another blog who probably stole it from elsewhere. We here at Jenny Enterprises, Inc. like to call this "5 for Friday."
This week's topic is 5 exciting things that happened to me this week.
1-I got picked for the committee that selects the books for what's basically the "kid's choice awards" for picture books in Maryland.
2-Bath & Body Works had a huge sale ... I got shampoo and conditioner (Pineapple, my favorite) (usually $7.50 a bottle) ... a bottle of each for only a total of $3.75!!!! That included tax!
3-I enjoyed a Bailey's Ice Cream milk shake and it tasted just like the real thing even though it wasn't.
4-I got 2 purses for an early birthday present from Mike's parents. (Well, his mom, cause his dad asked me later that night, "What did we get you for your birthday?" Too funny.)
5-My mom built (via destroying) a huge storage closet in the basement to hold TONS of stuff that now has a home.
