Procrastination ....
My room/apartment/house was always cleanest when I had a project due for school. Whether it was elementary school, college, or grad school ... that was the way life was. There's always a better option than what needs to get done. :)
Of course, this week, it's been the house cleaning that needs to get done. I can proudly say that I have caught up on EVERY OTHER category of lagging life while I avoided cleaning. I'm so awesome.
We went on a date tonight - met at a random spot in the middle, walked around best buy, went out for pizza, and went to the mall. I have too much cleaning to do for me to go to his place and he didn't really want to watch me clean, so we just went out for a couple hours. The pizza place messed up and made us a medium instead of a large. We would not have noticed because it was Ledo's Pizza and so they're rectangles and we had not been there since we were children and had no clue about sizes, however, the waitress brought out a 2nd medium pizza to make up for it. Needless to say, we had a little bit of the original medium left when she brought out the 2nd one. There's a WHOLE pizza in the fridge. Breakfast! And a late night snack! For days! Score! The waitress got a big tip.
The mall was full of teenagers. I felt old. :)
