Insta-Illness?!?!
Last night, I went out to dinner with Patti & Sarah. I had breakfast for dinner - it was excellent. I drove home, laid around, and watched my free HBO on demand that I have for the weekend. (Finally got through 'Thank You For Smoking.') Couldn't really sleep last night, but I was out of it enough that I didn't dx myself - just knew I felt "icky." Got up early since I wasn't sleeping and realized I had either an ear or sinus infection. How did that happen?! I was healthy yesterday!
Most of my town seems to be equally uncomfortable today, as it took almost 2 hours to get in and out of the quick care doctors office. Got to see some of "Clueless" which I hadn't seen in years. Forgot how nuts that movie was.
Then I headed to the pharmacy to get my drugs (I dx myself correctly, it is an ear AND sinus infection) and also picked up the drugs for my "other test" that I need to schedule. They were both generic so they were both FREE. That was an amazingly happy surprise! In addition to the OTC stuff I'm popping now, my drugs should make me feel better quickly.
They better! I have a cake for Easter tomorrow! Without me, there is no cake! What is easter without chocolate?!??!
