That was wonderful! I love the slice of life fics that explore the different shades of their relationship. He really would be scary to travel with sometimes as damaged as he is and what he does. But I like the Rose can see past that and enjoy the person that she sees in him.

Also, the casual mention of carnivorous plants was pretty funny. Oh no, not that one. LOL

I thought the title was nice and ambiguous: is it referring to the Doctor, or to Rose for staying with him?

I looked long and hard for that Greek--no way was I going to delete it for posting!

Madness and genius pretty much sums up the Doctor, no matter what number he is.

I loved this bit, it gave me a bit of a giggle!

“Oh.” Her eyes dropped, and she fidgeted with her hands. “I…it’s just, that’s you, really.”

“You saying I’m mad?” She could hear bemusement in his tone.

He definitely needs her around as a sort of balance. And I think she needs him just as much.
