You're leaving it THERE?? I have to wait until next year for the next chapter!

Cruel woman.

Be that as it may, this was lovely and I already love these two. Hope you have a great New Year's Eve!

GAHHHH YOU CAN'T LEAVE IT THERE!!!!

Ok, WONDERFUL chapter, except for that mean, mean ending! But at least that means that Monday morning will be at least a bit fun (Elias and Ruby finally meeting up again is definitely a more cheerful thought than starting back at work!)

Happy New Year!

It's not mean--Ruby and Elias found each other again! ;)

I *absolutely* agree with this sentiment. I don't wanna go baaaaaaaaaack!

Well, of course you'd leave it there. I would too.

Poor Elias has fallen very hard for Ruby. I really appreciate his honesty -- at least where he himself is concerned.

Can't wait for Monday. Enjoy New Year's Eve.

One of my betas suggested it, so who was I to argue? ;)

I really appreciate his honesty -- at least where he himself is concerned.

Elias matures very, very quickly in this. And, to his credit, I think he might have even if he hadn't nearly been killed. But certainly being in that situation helped him to grow up a great deal.

I hope you had a lovely New Year's Eve!

I loved this chapter until the cliffhanger!

But surely, as cliffhangers go, it wasn't *too* evil. After all, Ruby finally ran into Elias :)
