I adore Ten, and I still remember, quite clearly, wondering how on *earth* anyone was going to be able to replace Nine (*sob* Nine!), and Eccleston. So...I might have used that memory a bit, here.

Awwww.... now, if this was a week later, I'd call it perfect Christmas fluff. It's wonderful!! I love it all, and even how they don't just jump back into their old relationship, but something new comes from it -- something that is still them.

I honestly don't know that I'd have written this story, had I had another week to come up with something. This was very much born of the moment--and the looming deadline. But I'm very, very glad you like it!

Now, to contemplate writing a *third* story in this arc...
