Runners high; a fact or a myth?
Tonight I found out the answer to that and I proved to myself it is indeed a fact (I had already knew it was real, but today's high was so incredible).

Tonight I went running with the Honolulu NikeTown running club. We all met there at 6:00 and then we split up into three groups:
1) 3 mile group.
2) 4.5 mile group.
3) 7.3 mile group.
I felt over zealous so i joined the 7-mile group. The first 2 miles were fine, but then fro 2 to 3, it was a hill. THE WHOLE FUCKING WAY. I debated just dropping to the ground and rolling back down the hill.
But nope, I restrained myself and ran the whole way. Thank goodness, because I had never seen anything so beautiful. Breathtaking views.
I ran with an old dude from Finland, they have cool accents. That's it.

**My advice: Run. It not only makes you high (for free!), it does a body good
