Eric just now cussed out loud (VERY LOUD) because our DVR just cut it off, too. Is it the same channel as The Office? The Office does that to me, too.

I looked on the NBC.com website last time it happened, and The Office was scheduled to start, according to NBC.com, at something like 7:42 (???) and my DVR guide had it starting at 7:40. So it taped the DVR-guide schedule, plus 1 minute over, which of course was 1 minute LESS due to NBC.com's wacky schedule.

My DVR definitely taped 2 hours and 2 minutes of AI tonight, but to no avail.

I see I wasn't the only one who was foiled. I ended up just rewinding my t.v. back to the beginning of the news and they told me who won. I was still kind of pissed about the whole thing. Shame on Fox for not doing a better job of scheduling the announcement of the winner.
