Well shit
Claire was planning on coming over to visit me before she flys to Israel, but now that's not looking so hot. I got a call from my boss today and she wants me to register for an explosives class, two weeks long, in Fort AP Hill, in June. The class starts two days before Claire's supposed to come up. Grrr. I may be able to get out of it. They usually have a primary and then an alternate but since there's only two other people in my office who are registering I'm pretty much guaranteed the slot. Fuck. And Claire's going to be in Israel for a fucking year!!! So this is the last time I'll see her before she comes back in I think, next October. Hopefully I know soon what the outcome is. If I don't see Claire, I'll be seriously pissed. The problem is that I really want to go, but I want to see Claire. Grrrrr. This seriously sucks!
